8 month(s) agoI had my winter tires/oil changed at Speedy Jean-Talon and I’m extremely satisfied with the service. The work was done efficiently, the staff was helpful, and the pricing was very fair. I will definitely be returning and recommending Speedy Jean-Talon to others.

8 month(s) ago10/10 service quick fast efficient. Ghassan is the man to help you witj your every car problem. Give them a call or pop in out standing service is guaranteed. I just moved to Montreal from Toronto and no one has been as curtious and helpful as these boys.

6 month(s) agoBrought my car here for an oil change because it was the best price I found. They did the oil change just fine but they tried to make me replace the air filter for the air ventilation into the car telling me that it was crumpled, not fitted properly and dirty, which were all not true. They tried to convince me that it was a health risk to be breathing the air in the car. I wasn’t happy that they pulled out the air filter without asking me, and I told them to put it back properly the way it was. On top of that they spotted a minor leak stain around one brake caliper and tried to convince me to replace the caliper, replace the brake fluid, etc, for a total cost of nearly $400. They even tried to frighten me telling me that it’s dangerous to take a chance with the brakes. Since I have warranty from the dealership, I took the car to the dealership to check the caliper and they found that the caliper was fine and there was no danger of losing the brakes, just a worn gasket which they replaced for free. So, I think this place may have good prices for an oil change, but they are greedy and dishonest because they try to convince you to fix things that are not needed and it’s especially dishonest that they use arguments to create fear about dangers that are false.

11 month(s) agoOn our way out of Montreal, during a family road trip through Quebec, we had our window smashed and a few things stolen. Slightly panicked that a lengthy repair would cost us a fortune to fix and force us to cancel our pre-booked itinerary (hotels, tours, etc.), I called Service Auto Speedy Montreal. What a fantastic group of people. Andrew and his crew went over and above to get us a new window and get it installed all in a single afternoon, and at an incredibly fair price as well. To go from seeing one of the worst sides of Montreal one moment to one of the best really restored my faith in the city. It is not hyperbole to say they saved our vacation. Cannot recommend them more. A+ service.
