Not only was she a joy throughout the process, but my hair has exceeded all my expectations since. I had been putting off trying it for a long time because I was worried about damage or disappointing results, but my hair actually feels stronger and healthier than before... and the way it dries now is just perfect. Over the years, she has become more than just my hair specialist — she’s a true artist, a perfectionist, and someone who deeply understands her clients. I often say that she turns me from a regular woman into a princess, and I mean that wholeheartedly. Her talent with hair extensions is unmatched. She knows how to perfectly blend color, volume, and length to create results that look incredibly natural and feel weightless. Whether I want something subtle or a full transformation, she listens carefully and always delivers beyond expectations. 6 month(s) agoI usually don't like writing reviews. But the time has come. My favorite salon is going downhill—it's impossible to get through, and there's no receptionist. They don't call back right away. The salon manager works with clients like a professional, but she doesn't answer calls—I'm tired of listening to the answering machine. 🫣I've been a regular customer for four years, and I've seen the service deteriorate. Trying to schedule a haircut or hair removal appointment with Sophie is useless. They offer me Paulina, but I don't want it—there are few options and it takes a long time. I came for a coloring appointment because I needed it, saw that Sophie was working, and was upset that I wasn't in her chair. And they told me she wasn't working that day. Rushana isn't available—and I love her extensions. She's a professional. You're one of the best salons—fix these issues.🙏

The girls are very friendly, the atmosphere and vibes are everything to me. I really see a huge change on my hair health. Try the scalp treatments you will love them :)

I've tried a few kinds of extensions over the years and have really come to appreciate her expertise, precision, and ability to create such a natural, seamless blend. I always leave confident that my natural hair is healthy and my extensions look flawless. You can tell she genuinely takes pride in her work and truly goes above and beyond 🫶🏻🥹 The salon itself is very welcoming, professional, and such a comfortable environment. Highly recommend!
