Stylish brunch, with fun showy food. We had stuffed french toast and the chimichurri steak avocado. The steak was spicy and perfectly cooked. The french toast was delicious though a tad sweet and I wish the dark amber taste of the syrup wasnt so overwhelmed by everything else. The sports were fun to watch on the tvs. A little dissapointed that the super comfy booths were all taken already. You see them on the way in and then once inside you realize you have to sit at a tiny bar table. The prices were just too high. I see this comment a lot in restaurant reviews but this time its legitimately true. Almost $100 and we barely ate or drank anything.

Came for some drinks and food post concert and we were welcomed by the bisexual lighting inside deville dinerbar (my ideal lighting). The ambiance was a vibe though and despite my lighting comment, it was a more straight crowd. The servers were great and very attentive! Helped us pick drinks with great knowledge behind each one she was talking about. I do wish they had cider since I’m less of a beer fan but if you’re into beer, there’s a new one seemingly every week! the food was delish though my Cesar salad felt unfinished since it was leaves of lettuce with toppings which made me feel like a grass feeding animal when eating it. Flavour was great though! the steak sandwich was cooked to perfection and very flavourful. The fries were quite skinny so they lose heat fast, so eat those first to avoid cold fries if you have them! Overall I feel like it was a good experience but I’m not sure I’ll come back soon as it was quite pricy for what it is.

My wife and I went here for dinner on our Montreal trip. It was close to our hotel and since it had really good ratings, my wife was eager to try out this restaurant, especially their bad girl sea food pasta. Unfortunately, she was somewhat disappointed. Although she did have very high expectations. To begin with, the flavor was just okay. The seafood was a bit overcooked, the shrimp was overseasoned and one of the three clams she received was empty (you can see it in the picture). For a $49CAD pasta dish, she was expecting something a bit more. But it was sea food, so 🤷 On the other hand, I ordered the lasagna. It was great! I liked it a lot! It was very crunchy on the outside and had a good amount of cheese. I only wish it came with a little bit more sauce because that was also delicious l. My wife and I shared my plate. And I helped her finish hers. If you are hoping to get some good food that would make your day from this restaurant, I would recommend not to order the sea food pasta. Overall the food was fine, however for the price we paid we were expecting a bit more.

Last minute stop before they closed Thursday 4/23. Great service and the burgers were great. Got the Black Label… mmhmm.. enjoyed the fires too! Nice vibe! Went back Saturday 4/25 for brunch… omg.. the steak and eggs Tartine was sooo good, everyone loved what they got. We came in group of 10 each time and were easily accommodated. Definitely recommend!!!

Went for brunch with a few friends and all the dishes we tried were really good. The portions were also very generous which we loved, worth the price. We got the fried chicken with waffle, shakshuka, French toast, and the scrambled egg plate. The scrambled eggs were creamy and potatoes were nicely roasted and seasoned. French toast tasted exactly like it should have. Shakshuka was flavorful. Again creamy. The waffle was well made and the chicken was extremely juicy.
