2 year(s) agoI was blown away by the selection of shoes and streetwear. I usually don’t buy my shoes in Montreal, but this place is fantastic. I read through all the reviews below, as I always do before making a lot of purchases. Looking back, I think some of the negative reviews came from people who were frustrated because they couldn't sell their shoes or because they bought at the peak of the market when prices were crazy. I think these people are venting their anger at the store for no reason, lol. I found the team and owner very honest and knowledgeable about sneakerhead culture. Many of the employees were good customers before they joined the team so they are very knowledgeable . I ended up buying a rare selection of Yeezys and Nike Dunks at great prices. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are into sneakers and streetwear.

2 year(s) agoProbably the worst place to buy Sneakers in Canada. I've dealt with them twice. The first time I ordered two sneakers. One pair was received while the other was stuck in limbo. Finally was able to get a hold of them and then they offered refund. The second time I got attracted by the price they were offering and am now stuck in limbo. I must have called them at least 150 times (no exaggeration) but good luck having some one pick up the phone or respond by email. If by chance you are able to get a hold of them by some Christmas miracle which I did only once, I was provided with a lame excuse that they had construction being done and now they have misplaced shoes, so they are looking in it and will ship soon. Not sure I am ever going to receive anything or what's going to happen to my order. Even overheard another customer shouting at them in the background about the same issue. I should have learnt my lesson from the first experience. Trust me, you would be better off buying from any one else BUT OTW!! They may have launched the store, but they have absolutely no idea on how to run a business or what customer service is. All they do is lie to the customer and make empty promises. Might as well go with anyone else even if its a slightly higher price. The stress and frustration is not worth it with OTW.

1 year(s) agoThis business avoids paying their suppliers. Sent this company nearly $10,000 worth of inventory on invoice and owner decided to not pay. Owner avoids any and all contact and claims that he simply doesn’t have the money to pay for the goods. Awful business

7 month(s) agoNow selling on The Real Real all old inventory. Jordan’s once priced at 600.00 on TRR for 210. They should’ve made the deal when we wanted them for 275.00. More a Casino Gamble Than a Business Plan

7 month(s) agoThey sell fakes. Sold me a fake sp5der hoodie and when I found out it was fake they tried denying it. I had it checked by multiple reputable sources, all confirmed it to be fake. After showing them the proof that what they sent me is fake, they tried lying and claiming to be direct distributors/retailers for sp5der. I directly contacted sp5der, where I was able to confirm oakshop has ZERO affiliation with sp5der. Save your money and don’t get scammed by bad business, there’s a reason all their stores are being closed down.
