After this mechanic swapped out my tires and returned ones that didn’t even fit my car, I’ve now learned from a new mechanic during a routine oil change that my dipstick is broken. The last person to perform an oil change on my car was this mechanic, yet once again there’s zero accountability for the damage caused. It’s beyond frustrating to continuously deal with negligence, carelessness, and complete lack of professionalism when trusting someone with your vehicle. At this point, it’s not even just about the mistakes — it’s the refusal to take responsibility for them. I would strongly caution others before bringing their vehicle here. ————— Repeated Negligence, Zero Accountability — Avoid This Garage I’ve had nothing but repeated issues with this garage, and after my most recent experience, I feel obligated to warn others. Back in April, I had to bring my car back three times because they did not balance my tires properly, which caused severe shaking when driving. I was quoted for an issue that was supposedly fixed, but when I picked up my car, suddenly there was a “new” problem that appeared out of nowhere, and they tried to charge me more for it. It gets worse. When I returned for winter tires, I received a call telling me I had “brought the wrong tires.” In reality, they had given me the wrong tires back in April… tires that don’t even fit my car. I then had to purchase an entirely new set of winter tires. When I took the new tires to Mr. Lube to have them installed, they called to inform me that they couldn’t remove my current tires at all because the lug nuts had been put on so tight by this garage that they couldn’t be moved. This is not just careless — it’s unsafe. This has cost me multiple days, time off work, and now I have to find a completely new garage to fix the mess they’ve created. The complete lack of responsibility, carelessness, and negligence is unbelievable. I truly cannot understand how someone runs a business like this while offering zero solutions for the problems they cause. Avoid this place at all costs.

1 month(s) agoThis is my second review because this shop is not only scamming customers, but also blatantly lying. I posted a negative review a few minutes ago, and the owner responded with claims like “it’s been a long time,” “I asked you to bring the car back,” and “I saw your report about Canadian Tire.” None of that is true. The owner does nothing but make excuses. At no point did you offer to properly fix the issue or acknowledge the terrible work that was done on my car — work that made it unsafe to drive. Instead, you’re trying to make it seem like you attempted to resolve the problem just to minimize the impact of my review. The work done on my vehicle was unacceptable from start to finish. I will be coming by soon, and I expect a refund. Until then, enjoy your day.

30 day(s) agoGreat and honest service! They did the diagnostics, found the issue, and replaced my crankshaft sensor quickly and for a very fair price. The mechanic was professional enough to notice and clean up some oil grime around the connector left by a previous oil change at a different shop. The car runs perfectly now, and the Check Engine light is gone. Highly recommend this garage!
