7 year(s) agoIt is such a relief to have find a garage that you can absolutely trust. They do really great work, they never suggest something that you don't really need to do or that can wait a bit. They charge reasonable prices and explain the work that they do thoroughly. Be sure to ask about the winterizing service they perform.

4 year(s) agoKEEP YOUR CAR AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE!!!! There are wrong and untrustworthy car diagnostics, fake, very cheap parts, and unreliable time estimations. I chose the garage based on the reviews, but my experience was an absolute disappointment. I went to the garage several times in late summer and fall. Two times for brakes issues and three times for changing very simple body parts. For the brakes, the manager said, "there is no problem with the brakes, we clean it and add grace, and it will be okay," each time they charged me ~ $120, the issue was still the same and gradually became worse. I came to the Toyota today, and they said I have to change the discs and pads because the issue has damaged them!!! It cost $680!!! As for changing Fender Liner, I asked and insisted on putting a good quality part. The garage manager confidently said those are Toyota quality! after one month's delay, they installed the part and charged me $160. When I checked the car, I saw that the fenders were extremely thin and had terrible quality. They also are partially installed, and the loose fender will provide less protection than my torn ones!!! I checked it with the manager, and he admitted that the Fenders are not completely matched with the body!!!! They gave me the car and got the money without telling me the parts are not properly installed!!!! Unbelievable!! I asked him to bring back the original one, but he promised they would order the right fenders and call me to come back to replace them. After about 50 days and several follow-ups, I am still waiting for it and driving with the loose fenders during winter!!

2 year(s) agoWent there for a minor repair, and they took me in on a 12h notice. Easy communication, quick fix, my car was ready the following day. I paid a more than fair price for exactly the work it required. Found my new local garage.
