I had waxing done here for my upper lip and eyebrows, and Usha literally burned my face. She already knew I have sensitive skin, yet the service was careless and badly done. I was left with painful burns, scars, and irritation that still hurt. Afterward she kept saying she would give me a cream, but after this experience I no longer trusted her enough to use anything she has to offer.
I have put photos of the damage. I would not recommend this salon to anyone and would warn others to be very careful before going here.
My Response to her Reply under my Review:
I want to clarify that I was never informed about any risk of irritation or burns due to sensitive skin. That is simply not true.
I had also never done eyebrow waxing before, and I did not specifically ask for it. You proceeded with the waxing, reassuring me that the procedure would be quick and fine. I trusted your judgment as a professional, which is why I stayed quiet — unfortunately, that trust was misplaced.
When I came back after two days to show you the condition of my skin, you were apologizing. I even asked you directly whether I had ever requested eyebrow waxing, and you had no response at that time and remained silent.
It’s truly disappointing to now see a different version of events being presented publicly. Please have some decency and be honest about what actually happened.
