We ate at Le Blossom, the salmon poke bowl was so fresh and delicious, the chicken dumplings very yummy, the food court is very clean, workers constantly cleaning up after you. Arcade style games for kids, holiday decorations and lights throughout the space really makes it a great dining experience.

I visited two places and both were a strikeout for timeout which was quite disappointing as I visited other timeouts and everything was amazing. I arrived at lunchtime on a weekday so every counter was pretty busy. For an appetizer I stopped at Ibericos and ordered the Iberian ham croquettes. I waited a little over 5 min and got buzzed that my food was ready. After picking up I headed back to my seat and got my first taste. The croquettes were cooked well but the taste of salt was so overpowering there was no delineation between the béchamel and the ham. I was pretty underwhelmed and would not order this again. The second place I visited was Campo where I got the breast with fries and salad and a Nata (Portuguese custard dessert). The chicken was pretty dry but spiced well. The nata (which I saved for later) was the star of the show. Overall I’d get a nata again but choose another place for my main course.

I tried the Original Ramen at Marusan today. The service was excellent. Friendly staff and my food was ready in under 10 minutes. The open kitchen looked very clean and organized. While the presentation was great and the pork was incredibly tender and well-cooked, the broth was a bit too salty for my taste, and the noodles were slightly firmer than I prefer. I also added a seasoned egg for $3, but it lacked flavor and tasted like a regular boiled egg. Overall, it was an acceptable meal with some room for improvement.

I loved the Time Out Market! There are so many options to pick from! It functions similarly to a dining hall where you pick one restaurant to order and pay at and then you can sit anywhere in the food court. The plates are shared amongst the restaurants so there is a designated spot to return them. There is also a water station so you don’t have to order a drink if you don’t want to. I ate at “Le Red Tiger” which serves Vietnamese cuisine. I ordered a grilled chicken Bánh Mi sandwich which came with Pho Dip. The meal was delicious!

This food court isn't your typical mall food court filled with the same fast-food chains. It brings together authentic flavors from around the world, with each vendor specializing in something unique. From Spanish tapas and Italian arancini to Japanese karaage and sushi, Indian butter chicken, and so much more. Every stall feels like its own little culinary destination. My personal favorite was the Bossa sandwich — truly artisanal, packed with flavor, and easily one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time.
